BPF's Clean Sheets Tally Thread

Recommended Posts

Did he even have a shot to save ( not being sarcastic ) I can’t remember them actually having one on target

think more credit goes to the team for not letting them in

or charlton for not creating

all that said did their keeper have anything to save too

seems like punches at set pieces was all they did

not being  critical though two clean sheets is two clean sheets

hers to jack hunt going to break the clean sheet record this time not equal it

Father in law is a L**ds season ticket holder, says he's possibly the worst keeper they've had for 20 years.

Hopefully he was just a bit young and inexperienced then and is now a completely different player to who he's watched then.

So far so good!

Yeah your right, he rubbish up front never looked like scoring

There was not a single shot on goal by Charlton and Huddersfield were pretty tame too..  My point was that both games we have set out defensively which has resulted in us not even looking like we might score...  This will have to change and only then will we really see what BPF is like in goal...

With 0 shots on target even Dawson could have kept a clean sheet (Well ok might have been able to, you never know)

We were solid away from home and defensively sound which is what you want.

will be interesting if we are a little more attack minded in our next game. Can see us being built on a solid foundation this season, not conceding many and probably not scoring loads. We will play much worse teams than charlton this season

Despite the ref gifting "You're 'king sh1tt" Donny Rovers a penalty best described as "never in a million years", BPF managed a third consecutive clean sheet today.

This season the most clean sheets in a season record will go to this fella. Unless Burnley recall him. That would be such a shame.

We'll not have him for the international weeks, which is a shame.

Wednesday will have the option to postpone games if we have 3 players called up (not impossible with BPF and Corbeanu regulars and Palmer/Paterson/Kamberi/Luongo outside shouts).

I read somewhere that if your goalie is one of the players called up then you only need 2 international call-ups to postpone. Though can't verify this from EFL website - not sure if anyone else can confirm?
