areNOTwhatTHEYseem
I've never heard of him, but have now pinned all my hopes on him being the second coming of Messi, Ronaldo and Waddle in one, and will weep like a baby if we don't sign him.

Well, Thorburn has one obvious advantage over Werbeniuk.

StudentOwl
OK, so with the same caveat that ALWAYS comes with watching YouTube compilations... that it isn't remotely representative of 90 minutes, that most of the opposition are unknown entities etc... but holy hell he looks a step above most we've seen rumoured to sign for us in years... Big Jack
Sounds promising, needs to be tested by some older big brick s,*hithouse defenders, to see if he can handle it or not.

That said, not against this signing at all. Looks a good prospect, big, fast and an eye for goal. Looks like the plan is to have pace in the side, be rapid in transition, while retaining experience and calm heads on the ball in possession. TBH rather this signing, than a lower league journeyman. Would take our loan quota to the maximum allowed in a matchday squad, 5. Add Sims and Johnson on free's and gives us some options going forward. Yeah no point in having loans we cant use so if we can pull a striker in on a free transfer that would be best. Johnson is a very good free transfer for this league. Sims ive not seen much of but reports seem positive. But to me we need another Striker in asap.

If he comes to us that’s exactly what he’ll get in league one ! That’s why wolves may be letting him come to us for a season of “experience “”

shezzas left peg
It looks like this is the theme Darren moore is looking at implementing. Lots of pace and high energy. If he can get the pieces of the jigsaw in and up to speed it's going to be entertaining football.
theowlsman
Corbeanu huh? Does he play on the left? Welcome Jeremy.
JOHNHARKES
Extremely excited by this if we get it over the line. 15 to 18 assists minimum and 16 goals. im going to predict im that confident. Know a few wolves fans and they absolutely rave about him. 1
theowlsman
I'll make a guess we're helping out with a Wolves experiment. They want to try him out as a striker, he has the build for a striker, we'll be playing him as a striker, no way will he play out wide if he's a regular goalscorer. TC didn't do too bad up front in Div 3. Might come off. Damn, more positivity. I'll be scolded severely soon. Dutch McLovin
With this signing we could feasibly play how we played in 2015/16 and have a good squad for it: Peacock-Farrell Hunt Iorfa Hutchinson NEW Johnson Luongo Wing Bannan NEW/Kamberi Corbeanu with a second 11 also Wildsmith Palmer Dunkley Brennan Brown Green Adeniran Hunt Shodipo New/Kamberi Windass So as others have said, a new LB and Striker and the first 11 looks strong... then second 11 we could do with a new CB if Brennan goes out on loan. theowlsman
This Darren Moore geezer btw. I was happy to suggest last season he wasn't the man we needed. I might change my mind soon. Seems to have an eye for a player and contacts.
