Surely there’s not room for him and Simms in the squad. From what I’ve seen I think I’d prefer Simms.

were going to be playing with 2 wide players , if both sign we would have 4, (2 for each position ) also he can play wing back can Johnson , yes windass is about But I feel windass is more likely to play up top

Why isn't there room? That will give us 4 wingers plus Johnson can cover left back as we only have Brown if Galvin goes out.

IF we signed both Sims & Marvin, where does Shoddypoo fit in?

How & where has Shoddy been playing during preseason?

Btw, the cynic in me thinks Sims agent leaked the story & got interest elsewhere ... Then the Johnson story came out

I see Shodipo, Green, Windass, and Adedoyin as wide players that we’ve already got.

If he gets this over the line it will be another great signing by Darren Moore. The squad in all areas has great balance and various options and is now adaptable to changing systems. Still think we are short of a forward but realistically given we are not going to spend on transfer fees Moore may have one or maybe two loan signings in the pipeline from premier League clubs to bolster our options. Looking positive and optimistic for what will be a long season ahead.
