The Wilderless Years

Recommended Posts

Have to say, I have been impressed with Birmingham so far.

Haven't had as much of the ball, but they've used it better than Dem Blades tonight.

Created the better chances and made their possession count.

Look well coached.

I can't quite understand why they're so desperate to keep him tbh.

Even more bizarre is Arsenal apparently wanting to sign him for ridiculous money

United won’t be far away but they should have had a clear out. Too many players used to losing. Berge is a very good player and won’t be there much longer. Built for the Premier League.

Lose Berge and no decent signings and they’re going nowhere.

How they had 2 years in the premier league is beyond me. Mid championship squad at best.

Birmingham out fought and and out thought them tonight.

Big wake up call.

And if Arsenal offered 50p for Ramsdale I’d snatch their hand off. He should be nicknamed H.P. He goes down in instalments.

Good result tonight but they did lose their first two games then went on to get promoted last time they were in this division.

Only won about two games last season though.

Can't understand why you wouldn't play McBurnie or Brewster.

McBurnie has scored in this division, he's built for it but not quite PL.

Brewster was good for Swansea in his short spell.

Mousset is a waster.

Funny though.

Won't be far away?

What makes people think this.

I think they'll be 10th-16th.

Dont see anything about them and the atmosphere is already in danger of going a bit sour there. Could hear the murmurs everytime they passed backwards. Start slow and it's a recipe for a delicious disaster

I think Slav is more used to "continental" type players

This may be a wake up call for him as his options are quite limited unlike at Fulham and Watford.

he also likes to have "his team" around him and i'm not sure whether or not he's been allowed to bring them in
