Buxtongent Posted July 28, 2021 Share Posted July 28, 2021 With regard to the Keeper holding the ball, I believe he is allowed to 'hold the ball in hand' for 6 secs. This is why you will see keepers put the ball on the floor at their feet almost immediately, then decide later to pick it up. Certainly, oe of our keepers has been 'carded ' for holding the ball.
