I have sooooooo many issues with this lineup

I think it was the lineup they announced a couple of years back but had cancelled so they honoured the bookings for the next one

Which is why many of the bands are out of date now and irrelevant

It's a festival of smaller bands who have peaked

Agree. Wouldn't bother tbh.

Maybe they are honouring headliners booked pre covid?

Watched a few Madness gigs on YouTube that they've done over the last 5 years or so

Seems every time they do a gig they're slower and duller than the one before it

They're really tedious to watch now

Seeing them next month. Squeeze supporting

Who was it on here who always had inside info?

Personally will hunt a festival with idles and Fontaines DC.

Never seen strokes either which I'd like to see.

NOS is in the lead to spend my festival money on at the moment as it's cheap beer and sunshine.

Enjoy mate!

I've been watching all the Madness documentaries recently - was really interesting to learn all about them

Seen Madness a few times, always entertaining. Never seen Squeeze - really looking forward to that

I used to find out from another member on here, I’ll not name him just in case but if you read this pal drop me a line 😂

Yeah, Stereophoics are irrelevant, no one sees them live anymore.

Well, apart from another arena tour next year and 2 nights at the millenium stadium in Cardiff that sold out in about 10 minutes. But apart from that, no way are they big enough or good enough for Hillsborough soddin park

Anyone else agree with Mr Chow that Stereophonics are just WOEFULLY bad these days and perhaps should call it a day?

Some might, but they'd be wrong.

Voice is outstanding, still. Still selling out arena tours easily, every couple of years and still getting number one albums. But yeah, woeful. Much prefer an up and coming band who are so much better based on nothing.

Exactly

On the way up, in the most exciting part of their careers, not past it, not just some old geezers cracking out yet another gig for the tax bill but up and coming bands who are thrilling, exciting, in it for the music and buzz and not just knocking out the same old 'hits' for the umpteenth time to a bored crowd

I'm with you

I'm fully aboard your train to better music

Everyone jump on our train - me and markg are bound for fun city!
