Want to try latitude or 6 music festival instead etc next year I think.

Never been bothered with festivals /!camping etc.

The obvious draw of tramlines is I live 5 minutes away

Yeah it's 100% no readmittance again next year

It's on the tramlines ticket site (in small writing)

We’ll that’s a real shame.  Unless someone can convince me that it’s nothing to do with profiteering that will be the last time they have my money.

Might harass them on social media as well, I’ve nothing better to do today

It’s all about the cash. No other reason for it.

I would guess (and I’m not defending them) Tramlines was pretty unique anyway allowing people to re enter during the day, probably because of the location. Other festivals are not near amenities so it’d be pointless.

No readmittance is the fastest and easiest way to kill off the Fringe in the City Centre

Really? You think people come out of the park go to town then head back later??

Yeah quite a few do/did

When I ran Crystal Stage we'd have loads nipping out and into town for a bit to see their favourite bands on the fringe then heading back to the park

It’s also the most obvious way for the organisers to say they don’t care about Sheffield or its people and that they are only interested in an event exclusively for them to make money from.
