The back of the new shirt

I get why they make it like that but honestly without a number and name it just looks horrible.

I have to imagine they experimented a bit, but solid blue may have worked better, and the striped "apron" at the bottom just seems untidy and not well thought out

"That's exactly right! £4.99 per letter. £24.99 per number"

Be reyt, it's actually a good ploy.

Visible target for our players to pick out with the hoof balls. Might get some more encouraging passing now.

Yep.

A solid blue back would look so much better, assuming stripes were a no-go.

It'll look fine on the pitch with the names and numbers on, but for fans it'll always look a bit naff.

Still, the pink kit is a thing of beauty.

It needed doing as I don’t think anyone could read the backs of the last few kits.  White panel is too big though and blue may have been better depending on text colour. Need to see it with numbers on

Basically makes you have to put a name and number on there for it to be reasonable. And only a man child would buy a name and number.

You might be able to get away with just a number, as long as it's between 2 and 11.

I've got to wonder... Is that the most stripes we've ever had?

I know a few commentators at games, last season anyway, mentioned they couldn't make the numbers out. Could be worse, somebody will want to put one of those QR codes on it before long and do an Automatic Individual Recognition (AIR), don't bother googling it as I just made it up. Thinking of patenting though.
