Oddly depending on the length of the injury we might benefit. I thought he was going to be leaving before the transfer deadline past but if his injury goes through to September then that might keep him at the club for the first half of the season. This season SHOULD be about getting the club's wage bill under control to get the EFL off our back and preventing us from falling any further down the pyramid. We’ve come a long way from arguing if Forrestieri should play upfront or wide left or not, so we can accommodate Fletcher, Joao, Hooper and Nuhiu, while discussing the merits of signing Rhodes instead of giving Winnall a proper shot.
