Interesting to see the picture of Len Ashurst. It brings back memories of when he and his assistant Tony Toms took the squad of players on to the moors to boost moral and togetherness. Do you think it would have worked last season ?

Management psychology was certainly a bit more considered back then in terms of likely effect than not paying them is!

There’s that for sure & how refreshing it is to look back on hard times when the powers that be openly recognised supporters as stakeholders in the club. That’s the big difference I see (and also that I once had lots of hair!)
