We are more attractive that Wigan or Cheltenham or Lincoln in league one we should have the pick of the free agents but instead we focus on loans from premier league teams. We need to realise, the players we get from league one and two and develop then sell on for profits is the only we survive with a chairman without a clue how to run a football club. A chairman that is still to stubborn to get people in that know what they are doing. No director of football, no qualified director of the youth development, no qualified footballing experienced chairman to run the day to day club. No competent marketing manager to commercial and merchandise of the club. Honestly, i've been quietly impressed the way Darren Moore seems to be running our club at the minute.
