New Keepers and Strikers

We need one keeper, not keepers. Dawson or Wildsmith are fine for half a dozen games as injury cover, but absolutely disastrous as first choice.

As long as we don't depend on this half a dozen games for a decent points return then yes they're good enough as back up.

On the whole, not impressed with our efforts in the transfer market so far.

We still haven’t addressed our most urgent need for goalscorers and decent keepers.

We all know what happens when you concede at one end and don’t score at the other.

Moore has said he wants another keeper.

Would send Wildsmith out on loan

I don't understand this. Wildsmith has quite conclusively proven himself the better of the two. Dawson cant step on a pitch without making some magnificent howler... Why not loan out the guy with his confidence shot and keep the one who might come in for the odd game and not have us starting with a handicap?

Holy and Norris compete with each other quite equally at Ipswich. Neither should cost a fortune and may offer a solution to our keeping problem.

think norris was on loan from Burnley so it would have to be a loan , tbf it’s not a bad shout as he’s probably 3rd choice behind pope and hennessy , even could argue peacock Farrell too

Not sure it's conclusive, both equally shiite.

Neither good enough, but stuck with one as back up, Moore looks to have made his choice, possibly due to the ridiculous contracts handed out by Chansiri, Wildsmith being the more affordable of the two.

I have zero confidence of a positive result anytime.one of them steps foot on the pitch and suspect so do the rest of the team, especially the defence in front of them.

To be fair to both keepers, this is the opportunity to step up finally without the Westwood Mill stone around their necks. Westwood becouse of how good he Had been was a bit of a fans darling that could do no wrong even when he did make mistakes. Dawson & Wildsmith got constant stick and scrutinised for every little thing and looked devoid of confidence half the time.

They've both had enough chances now, and both make embarrassing ******** ups far too often.

People have said they're not good enough for ages, and some how, people continue to defend them....even after several amateurish mistakes in pre-season! They'll be even worse when the pressures on in competitive games.....get rid!
