Don't want an embargo? Submit the accounts when required. As per the well documented EFL rules.

Don't want numerous embargoes? Don't continually break the well documented EFL rules.

Don't want a points deduction? Don't break the well documented EFL FFP rules.

Don't want to risk another points deduction? Pay the players when they are meant to be paid, as laid out in the well documented EFL rules.

Want to become the pariah in the EFL corridors? Continually break ALL of the WELL DOCUMENTED EFL rules on a consistent basis.

95% of clubs in the EFL appear to consistently manage to work within the well documented rules of the EFL. EVEN during global pandemics.

There is literally only one person to blame for all of this. It's the guy who told us he has friends who will help him break all of the roles without punishment.

Those friends were seemingly imaginary ones.

Agree 100% catastrophic period for the club

What exactly do the EFL want us to do. The damage was done four years ago. The squad size and wage bill has been reduced in every transfer window. DC got us in this mess but the EFL are fizz wits!

And yet the EFL have no plan s to change their fit and proper test.

the test that is the reason we are in the poo we are. This should be a yearly test including year proof of funds to trade.

Is Dejphon Chansiri's wrestling name "The Test" or something... because if it isn't, I promise you it isn't the fault of the fit and proper test that we're in the state that we are in...

How would that work exactly?

Each year the performance of the chairman is ranked with a set criteria,  if they are not doing basic criteria such as paying players on time, operating within the P&S guidelines, clubs rule breaking such a filing of accounts or financial information with EFL late. EFL can make chairman unfit for office with that they have no choice but to sell up.

and if the yearly test says there is no funds, what then, the club goes under?

It's absolutely staggering that people STILL think the EFL are at fault and have fallen hook line and sinker for the constant anti-EFL nonsense that the Chansiri fanboys have been pushing

Especially when it's been proven repeatedly that the EFL aren't the ones at fault, and especially when you ask someone saying why the EFL are at fault and they can't give you a repsonse]

Come on now - it really IS time for this 'EFL are to blame' propaganda from the Uberfans was put to bed once and for all - especially given that the Uberfans aren't pushing it anymore - even THEY have realised there's only one man at fault now

How do they enforce the sale of the club?

What the hell else has Chan the Man got to do to achieve that then?

The clubs going under anyway now, another 12-18 of DC and there will be no football club left to save.

Make them guarantee with their personal assets that they would abide to the rules and punish them by charging against those assets rather than issuing measures that punish fans and employees of the club.
