They are in trouble here seems two possible outcomes: 1) EFL win their appeal on the £100k sanction and Derby relegated now or 2) sanction upheld and derby re submit 3 years worth of accounts next year which means they bust FFP and get a big points deduction next year which likely means they are relegated next year.
