Suggested a consortium bought Owls and they can write off losses against Thai tax.

you mean when dc arrived?

it was not sold to him, but a consortium?

i can't understand why any consortium would stand back and watch last season's showing for the want of a loaned L/B and C/F.

Cos the consortium may be his family or their firm, TUF.

Lee also said they will be able to write losses off against Thai tax.

But maybe they just wanted daft Chansiri in UK.

It does - as a wholly owned subsidiary of Thai Union Group.

For which have trying to buy shares for a month.

Compliance impossible, Brit working in Europe at present.

How did you get your TUG  shares please?

Is there a local broker that will deal in Europe? Thanks.

I am part of a consortium based in China. All of our consortium are part of the food and fisheries industry. We bought them though an agent in Hong Kong many years ago (before Chansiri had anything to do with Wednesday). My shares are a twentieth of not very much. I'll never get rich from them but it does give me access to various news dispatches and other investor benefits.

Aye a reyt plan that.

So you pay £200 million in Britain to save what in Thai tax?

Got any figures for that because this is becoming wearisome to the point of spamming.

I thought exactly the same on PAYE but one of the many chartered accountants and wages experts was adamant that it’s due

It will be, each month. A company should file what it owes each month, regardless of whether it is paid. A nil PAYE return can only be submitted if no employees need to be paid, not just because the employer decides not to pay them for the month.

Paid £38 million . Rest loans.

Getting £90 million stadium rent. Not bad.

Again.

I was a little concerned that you didn't know how the human heart works being that you're married to a doctor.

Your understanding of international tax law seems to be vague to say the least.

Can you actually point to some real data (not Lee's posts) that back up your relentless claims?
