Top 5 Things We Want To Happen

Recommended Posts

1 - return Hillsborough to SWFC.

2 - reduce ticket prices substantially across the board.

3 - appoint  knowledgeable and savvy directors, with real responsibilities and budgets; football to marketing to finance.

4 - Refund monies owed, players and fans

5 - get Chansiri out of the club, never to return.

1). Bring in qualified staff then allow them to do their job.

2). Repay the fans money owed from last last season and last season. Show them the same respect as the blokes in the club.

3). Pay the players then get rid of anyone on more than £10k a week as their wages are no longer sustainable.

4). Get the accounts filed so Darren Moore can sign free agents and start building a competitive team, don't waste anymore money on loan players.

5). Use common sense with ticket pricing, we are a third division team not Premier League £25 adult £15 kids everywhere in the stadium. A full stadium is better than a half empty one and give stability for the future.

5).+ Get local business involved with the club for Corporate areas, sponsorship, match day experience, supplying the club such as kits, merchandise etc.

Get the 5+ points done in the next 4 weeks and we can start to slowly heal the complete sack of poo that is currently what we call a football club being run by DC.

1. Financial stability

2. Football knowledge in executive position at the club

3. Joined up thinking with regards to youth to first team pathway.

4. Overhaul of the hospitality and match day experience.

5. A published, in depth mission statement/action plan that outlines the strategy going forward with regular two-way dialogue tackling the success and failures of said action plan.

Yeah I think this just about says it all. Basically a proper plan to get stability into the club and make it a good experience to go and watch our team, no matter what level we are in.

Why don't the people in charge get it though, it baffles me how badly they are running it.

1) end of covid.

2) sale to a very rich owner who knows a bit about footy, but believes the manager is the man in charge.....NOT A CHANCE, SO DON'T HOLD YER BREATH.

3) wages mess off our backs.

4) accounts signed off and accepted...see BOLD CAPITALS of #2.

5) dm clear of any and all obstructions to trade, and bunged a couple of mill. but only for attacking options.

1. Chansiri to step back and let the club be ran by a competent and experienced director

2. Chansiri's current support team all to be thrown out and a new team recruited

3. Season tickets to be reduced to be in line with League one average's

4. season ticket money to be refunded

5. 5 year plan with sensible expectations laid out (inc promotion within 3 years, stable champ club for 2 years)

I'd forgo my season ticket refund if we got anything like that.

1. Season ticket money to be refunded in full

2. Player's wages remaining to be paid, to be paid in full.

3. Pay the money that is needed for the stadium that is coming up

4. DC to hire a full executive team to handle decision-making and communications

5. Start season ticket sales for 21/22

Glad relaying both pitches went straight to the top though 🤦‍♂️

You think £25 adults and £15 kids tickets everywhere will fill the ground in league 1?

My guess is, dads and lads for a tenner still wouldn't fill the ground.
