As for the last bit, yes, certainly a better option than Grandad up top but I've already secured him a move to the Belgian pub league as it is a better way for him to develop his career! From what I heard he told the players a while ago that if they got relegated he was halving their salaries, and if they didn't like it they were welcome to leave.
