It's still a management team severely lacking in structure and experience for me, this is a step in the right direction but more needs to be done if Chansiri is serious about sorting this shambles of a club he's created. Not necessarily the most experienced, but we've seen experienced people brought in before she not allowed to do the job. At least it's something to talk about while we wait for the retained list.
