Once all the players contracts are up in the Summer the value of the squad I imagine would be no more than 10-12 million. What would the value of the other assets be? room0035 Posted May 10, 2021 Share Posted May 10, 2021 He is that much of a fool he thinks the club is worth what he wasted on it.  in reality he bought a debt free club, with its own ground that was a mid table championship team with a core of good players (Lee, Lees, Looven, Hutch, Westwood).  He bought us for £32.5m he would be lucky to get £15m now maybe £32.5m if he includes the stadium in the sale.
