Apart from ethics, 50% of potential fans are female and 20% of Sheffield have BME backgrounds. Thats massive marketing potential for new supporters that will sustain our club long after Chansiris gone. And Hillsborough would have a much better atmosphere. But it not just about attending. Growth income streams are on a screen nowadays. Female soccer is booming and around 40% who tweet often about Owls are ladies. In fact if 40% of people tweeting about Wednesday are women, isn't that actually pretty good? I'm not sure what you are trying to imply about recruitment. Do you think the club are turning away players based on their ethnicity?
