Sell the club at a price which a buyer would take it off him. His asking price is irrelevant. 2. Hold on and continue funding losses. 3. Go in to admin and effectively write off all the debts to himself. 3 doesn’t make sense as it’s inferior to 1 in every way, so it comes back to either sell for what a buyer would pay or continue the status quo. At some point the status quo will be too much and he’d be smart to move to option 1. If money starts being borrowed externally then that’s when the problems can occur The only thing I'd just ask people to keep in mind is that 3 seems ridiculous to a rational view but Ch*nsiri has demonstrated he isn't rational and he also isn't from Thailand who have a very different view to ours about failure and letting others benefit from your misfortune as he will see it. A preferable course of action to someone from that area of the world would be to crash the business rather than let someone else get it cheap/whatever. I can't see any white knight charging in to buy the club under such circumstances that's even without the financial slump which is on the horizon. Football is going to take a hit and would be owners will binding their time. Worrying times ahead for all of us.

He can stop putting money in and the club would still owe for. A. The lease on the ground B. Any contracts signed for sponsorship or catering, money owed in salaries or to suppliers for club shop supplies? This can happen. I’ve been there personally Also HMRC perhaps ? They tend to be fairly proactive in putting companies into admin / liquidation when they’re owed money - they certainly don’t fanny about at all

briggowl
Sale? Can’t see it! Too proud, too arrogant. Sale is admission of failure unless he gets his £xxxx million back. Clutching at straws springs to mind. Chansiri will have us yo-yo up and down the Champ like Rotherham. The best we can hope for us that he gets bored and finds someone to run the club for him IMO
