Done by a sloppy OG with a keeper that had wet hands. Westwood in net for the last 6 games please.

Essentially we played good football in the right way still, we missed some good ones too - last week they all went in. One of those games, 4-1 didn’t reflect the result.

We need to be stronger in the air at the back - think that’s where most teams will find us out, but we’ve got 3 home games now where we can stretch the pitch and we still played the ball on the floor and opened them up down the left more than 10 times in second half, but we didn’t land one cross right, a lot of wasted chances.

The problem we now have is if we fall behind we have nobody to impact the game, we really have to go at teams like Cardiff from the off and get ahead and defend, we cannot afford to have to chase as it’s a pathetic bench.

Please stick to that first 11 DM - we’ve created a ton of chances today not converted, go again next week.

Westwood left on the bench. It just rubs it in.

If Westwood is fit enough for the bench he should be playing because he’s better than Wildsmith even if not fully fit.

Have they not seen enough already from Wildsmith to know we need Westwood at all costs?

I agree and it suggests to me that Westwood is on his way out this summer. TBF Wildsmith did have a good game against Cardiff but he has by no means had a good season.

Westwood is unreliable.  Injuries this season include during warm up, and while watching a ball going over his head.  We don't have time for his nonsense.

Hope all three keepers are gone by the start of next season.

Spot on.

Just to start off by saying not good enough today and keeper had a mare for me.

BUT..

If you ever wanted to argue for VAR you would show Replays of games like that, the ref got every big decision wrong.

2x clear penalties in 2nd half 2nd of which is a straight red at 3-1 down.

Bad offside call against Palmer in first half which denied certain goal at 0-0

All three would have been other way with VAR

palmer was definitely offside

Would have been wrong to drop Wildsmith after last match. Until today he hasn’t really at been at fault for anything.

It’s easy with hindsight to come out after and say “we should have done this” & “we should have done that”.

The reason we lost today wasn’t Joe Wildsmith.

Our goal chasing substitutes.

Kachunga

Harris

Joey

Green

When was the last time any of the above scored?

Rhodes

Paterson

Our leading scorers taken off.

Anybody got any answers cos I'm flummoxed.

He is still infinitely better than any other keeper at the club and must play the remaining games ( providing he is fit)
