You should do a green screen photo shot of you sat on a plane sipping apple juice out of an old Krug bottle and then maybe we too could attract massive investment

MASSIVE investment

The 29-year-old was formerly an adviser to Sheffield Wednesday owner Dejphon Chansiri, with YorkshireLive reporting that the Owls owner turned down an offer in the region of £30m from Alonso and 'Indonesian backers' to buy the club last year.

Nobody would be better than Chansiri

If you think that's a compliment you read it wrong

Has Nobody put a bid in for us then? He has some pals that might help too (all of whom are better than Chansiri) I believe they are Anybody, Everybody and Somebody!

Buyers need to show proof of funds but not indefinite funding.

We know ourselves too that even with long term funding, there can still be issues. It seems the luck of the draw is key on that front and how good the people in real control are and their connections. Then there is FFP to contend with, it’s not a clean slate at Derby.

If a club owner really needs to sell then there is always a bigger risk of legacy issues. We nearly found that out with Milan and Mammadov

Old Erik, he makes Geoffrey Sheard look a professional and creditable businessman.  If it looks and smells like bullshit it's bullshit, genuine deals get done behind the scenes and announced when complete, none of this agreed to buy b* llocks.

Just need the finances or backing to buy a club

Looks like he’s got that

Really. Any serious investors would they really use someone with zero credibility to front a take over .Smells of desperation from Derby to be fair.

Thing is our fans once again lashed out against someone and vilified them right from the start

All without having any facts or idea of what kind of person he is etc

Everyone mocked him, laughed at the possibility of him buying a club and took the mick out of him

All without knowing anything about him

He’s bought Derby

We are getting relegated

He hasn't bought Derby, he has found some people to do so.

Do you think his internet profile made him look legitimate or professional?

Do you think we would somehow have survived this season had he taken us over in January?

Bizarre how you take him seriously on what basis? He has less credentials than Chansiri had.

Oh come off it.

I've not exactly been shy in criticising Chansiri but this bloke is covered in more red flags than Bernie Madoff.

He is a front man for a consortium, same as he was when he made the bid for us. He has the funds, regardless of whether they are his or his backers.

Why did he post that he was a shareholder then?

Just becuase he is moving a consortium towards owning Derby it doesn't mean it is a good thing. Clubs can get worse as a result of takeovers you know.

Ok Neil, you do the plane shot.

Better leave the posing shots to me.

Imagine if he did put a bid in.

The national press could use one of the pics of him on the bog during his jaunts last summer.
