Morepork 14,792
Great article. To be fair, The Star may as well go after him all guns blazing because as I see it DC will only speak to Dom after he sold his journalist soul to him.....and even that relationship must be getting strained. I expect a full on media blackout once relegation is confirmed and DC goes into full denial and deflection mode. Meanwhile DC hasn't moved on from this yet..... In all seriousness, I'm certain he trots out this rubbish about "not a normal business" to justify all the cockups. It's genuinely frightening, because it shows an apparent refusal to admit to any failure. Anything that's gone wrong is due to the "nature of football", which is unavoidable. But look at Manchester City! It proves it can be done! Chansiri Senior: "What the bloody hell have you done with all this money?" DC: "Oh, don't worry, this is not like a normal business of selling tuna. It's all perfectly normal in football for everything to got titsup. Two steps back, twenty steps forward, and all that" Chansiri Senior: "Very well. Carry on, son" Edited March 18 by bobness 2

rickygoo 10,602
Brave for a local newspaper to go this far. When it gets to this stage there can’t be many people who think Chansiri is good for Wednesday.
Morepork 14,792
The analogy that the club is like "a clown running across a minefield" was absolutely spot on. Edited March 18 by Morepork 3
