How can football win back the generation lost by lockdown?

Recommended Posts

Start turning up and playing a full game every game. How many times this season have we only played one half.

We have achieved ZERO Points all season after going behind in games. It's simple not acceptable for a team of professions to be so amateurish in their set up.

Finally start treating the fans with the respect they deserve rather than a pocket to pick.

All stems from people getting priced out tho..

It doesn't

This is about people getting out of the habit

A year to young un's is a lifetime

Trying to get them bothered to come back to Hillsborough is gonna be a bigger task than people realise

When the world goes back to normal people will not be awash with cash. Charging £50+ for an adult and kid to attend a game is beyond a joke.

Make the prices more realistic for what we are watching. It's bottom half division two football at best for the next few years, if we are lucky.

Hang on...

let's be reyt here

I think you're all misunderstanding the question/point

We've had a year of lockdown of people not going to matches

That's a lifetime to some people

People will have bought a new console, got a new Ipad, a new VR headset etc etc and do other things with their time

The ticket prices aren't relevant to this point because the point is a wider one

Life in general has changed and people have found other ways to live their lives

This isn't necessarily about SWFC or the ticket prices or promotion or winning games

This is about a total lifestyle shift for a generation of fans who (believe it or not) might not be ever tempted back regardless of ticket prices, league position etc
