The Wednesday way.

Recommended Posts

Look how three of the rumoured  contestants for our managers job have fared after joining new clubs.....McCarthy unbeaten in ten games, Pearson won two, Cook won away last night. The Wednesday way will be to go against the trend and lose with our new manager in place............or am i being too cynical?

Rumored. Only one we were really interested in was Cook wasn't it. And he's got the worst job of the lot.

We weren't interested in any of them.

We were just hoping Thompson could weave a miracle.

Make no bones, that little run of defeats hadn't come and we'd not have Big Darren in the dugout tonight.

Wouldn't we only offer Cook 6 months and he wanted more. or was all that made up.

I feel the blame will lie with the players if they can’t beat Rotherham at home.

At the end of the day they have to go out and show they are better players and not league 1 standard.

Although it looks like a few need better players around them, especially Lees.

And god forbid, a focal point up front thats capable of either working hard, occupying defenders or putting the ball in the net.  Not like anybody mentioned it or anything.

The chap was begging for it!

He wasn't getting it.

Our circumstances are different to those of Cardiff, Bristol C & Ipswich.

We’ve a team looking down the barrel of L1 so I don’t expect us to go 10 unbeaten.

I’m happy with the DM  appointment.

Guess time will tell.
