DM on Wednesday night

The message has been clear to the players. It;s what we do now and focus our minds in terms of looking forward.

We have to work hard as a group and we’ll see what we can achieve.

We know there are big hurdles ahead of us.

I’ll be in the dugout on Wednesday night. I’m ready to go.

DM on change from Donny

Whatever people’s views will be, what I can say to everyone, to come and join this wonderful club and the challenge is what you’re in the business for.

I want to challenge myself coming forward. We have good players here and I have some good people around me here. I met players and staff this morning and I’m happy and excited.

I want to get today out of the way and get in tomorrow and work onwards.

DM on why he left Rovers

I can't stop what people's views will be.

To join this wonderful club and the challenges that present itself is what you are in the business for.

I feel we have got a wonderful group of players here and a wonderful club.

I am really happy and excited to be here.

Chansiri isn’t going anywhere is he ffs. Also sounds like the contract is only until end of the season?

DM on the contract length

It is irrelevant to speak about that.

All I want to talk about is the football.

That's the bit that excites me.

I am focused on team matters and team affairs.

Hmmmmm :Chansiri:

DM on the Luton collapse

I have watched the game back. The second half was maybe concentration.

But I saw some wonderful moments in that first half. I saw some good play.

I looked at areas where we need to be better.

There's a lot of work to be done here in terms of with and without possession.

There is no formula to that. It is work on the training ground.

DM on Luton defeat

I’ve watched it back. There are some wonderful points to pick up. The second half was sheer lapses in concentration and the result was sore.

But I saw some wonderful moments, some excellent play and good football. I’ve echoed that to the group.

I’ve identified areas we need to be better. There is a lot of work to be done in and out of possession and we’ll go about doing that.

We need to get on the training ground and implement some good work in.

DM on Dejphon Chansiri

The chairman's heart is in the football club to start climbing up the table and get that structure and stability correct here.

He has real passion for the club.

I am really delighted he has given me the opportunity to be here.

I'm honestly gutted to read stuff like this, as it means chansiri is here to stay.

DM on Premier League ambition

I have a desire in myself. Long-term there’s a desire to leave a legacy at a football club. This is no different.

Short-term there are goals, that’s exactly what we want to do in here.

DM on trying to keep the club up

It's a huge challenge.

What we can do is come together as one.

We need that together as a support. I am calling on the fans and everyone is connected to the club to be unified.

Let's look forward to these final 14 games and look forward to them.

It's a great challenge and that's why I am here. I am calling on everyone to come together as one.

Yes we want to be Unified but never United!
