TodwickOwl
Do we actually believe there are any plans in place now? Or is this an offer to just keep us up Darren - we'll look at next year when we know what league we're in? I get we're a much bigger club than Donny but apart from that, there is NOTHING else to buy into with this club (apart from a bigger paycheck, but if he's happy with that for a complete basket case of a situation to manage in then so be it..) Let’s face it it’s not Darren moores fault if we go down. Everyone said we were down after Saturday. Precisely, really hope he doesn't get flak if the inevitable happens because I for one are resigned to it unless he's a miracle worker.

SwellOwl
I think this is a good appointment. There are questions left to be answered but it is good to see him join us. Why did it take so long? Welcome to S6, Darren Moore!
WalthamOwl
If indeed we do go down which looks very likely it won’t be the fault of Moore. Would be very unfair to only give him an offer until end of season.
Sheff74
Under the circumstances, it's a decent appointment. Although Donny have been on the slide big time in recent weeks. How much of that is down to Moore, or beyond his control we can't know. Glad he has gone an easy first game to get his feet under the table

Dick_Turpin
Cook has the best track record out of all the realistic candidates so I would have preferred him. However, at least we now have a manager and he seems like a good bloke so fingers crossed.

Harrysgame
Pleased with this appointment, seems like a good man and put a shift in as a player. Can imagine if any of our players don't show the correct attitude, he will make it uncomfortable for them. Not the type to mess about.
PortlandOwl
Looks like the type of bloke you wouldn't mess with. Let's hope he can sort this shower out quickly and at least give us a shot at staying up. Good luck Darren, you're going to need it.

keefdave
I hope he brings Coppinger in as coach, that would really p155 off that Donny fan who rings Praise and Grumble up every day.

Hopefully we have made this appointment looking towards next season rather than just a gamble on stopping up this season. Think this is a good appointment but think we have some stormy waters ahead for a couple of years even if Chansiri runs the club better.
