I'd question anybody who wants to manage this 5hitshow til the end of the season

What questions would you ask them?

Favorite color ?  Blue/Red

Favorite Animal ?  Elephant/Pig

Is Reach an out and out left-winger or an inside righter ? Please note this is a football question and has nothing to do with Corbyn v Starmer

Just been reading about his last few jobs, Lambert was appointed Stoke manager in January 2018 but was unable to prevent relegation, he was then appointed Ipswich manager in October 2018 but was unable to prevent relegation.

Sounds ideally qualified for steering our imminent descent into League One...

Has left Ipswich due to significant differences with the owner....

Yes, of course he’s coming here.

Think that's just the reason the media have been given. More likely it's, the takeover is going through and they don't want Lambert so have put pressure on Evans to get rid.

Bannan has gone on record stating he is the best manager he has worked with. ( bannan has DC's ear)

Fairly certain he said the exact opposite.

He initially said he enjoyed working under Lambert and praised his man management:

But then Lambert bombed him out in a way that Bannan wasn't overly impressed with:

Take what players say with a pinch of salt sometimes. Fletcher said Monk was one of the best managers he has ever worked for and brought the best out of him. Also said he was settled in the area and happy to stay. Wasn't enough to convince him to sign a new contract though.

Appointing Lambert would feel like preparing for the 3rd division. He has hardly inspired his team for the fight, I can remember the rather insipid way Stoke went down under him. He won his first game in charge against relegation rivals Huddersfield then failed to win any of the next 13. Would be ideal for our last 14 games, at least we'd get one over on Rotherham!
