Hirstyboywonder says something similar in the "why did we lose the second half" thread: "we should be better than conceding 3 goals in 45 minutes with a 2-goal lead. No other team has managed that feat in the Championship this season". And it's not true. Brentford lost 4-2 at home to Preston after being 2-0 up at half-time; Reading did likewise at Bournemouth. Sure, it doesn't happen often, but it has happened.

If ever we are winning at half time the opposition manager just has to tell his players to keep going because this lot will fold.  Even if after 90 mins the opposition should keep going because Wednesday are likely to concede 3 in injury time.

It really is a mental problem we’ve got - ever since the Stoke game last season.  How you fix it I don’t know - sports psychologist?
