This was crucial and we’ve lost it because of an idiot who could t care less cos he’s ******** off to Scotland. Poor management. New manager in tomorrow please. Losing this game won’t be the reason we go down. Stop being so emotional about it. The lad has cost us the game but not the season. 2

One things for sure Liam, definitely cares, & is committed to help keep us up. Just a bad decision from him & a harsh 1st yellow, nothing more. 3

You said yourself today was a huge game though, his decision making has gifted a relegation rival the opportunity to take 3 points.
Binky Griptite 2,638
That was a far worse challenge than the one he was sent off for earlier in the season. Awful decision when already on a yellow.
Nick the Owl 869
De ja vu; "He's young" "Won the ball" "Good old fashioned tackle" Stupid, stupid tackle (again). Absolutely no need to do it. First red fair enough, second red so quickly in similar circumstances isn't excusable at the best of times, let alone in a huge game. So frustrating. If his head isn't in it keep him away from the team.
damianb1 695
In proper football not even a foul, game went soft years ago and far the worse for it.

BIG D 22,540
We were leading I think when he got red carded against Reading and ended up with a point. Proving costly

DobbinTheDonkey 2,333
His trailing leg looks off the floor, therefore jumping in, it then takes out the man with a scissor action. Winning the ball does not matter. It's debatable whether it's straight red.
Blatter 3,011
Definitely shown the yellow then red so 1 match ban. Thing is though it looked an identical challenge to the one he was sent off for earlier this season.. Should really have learned from that. Ironically though his first yellow was very soft. He seemed to take the ball cleanly enough with little or no contact but the Brum player threw himself down holding his ankle. Needless to say he was up and running smart enough as soon as Shaw was carded. Was it right to start him today with everything that’s going on around him..thoughts anyone? I’m going to defend the lad because he’ll be hurting more than anyone. He’s 19. Doesn’t deserve the vile abuse he will be getting from middle aged men on social media right now Edited February 20 by SallyCinnamon

BIG D 22,540
The game has gone soft there’s no doubt about that but it wouldn’t have been a surprise if that had been a straight red.
tomtomdj 27
I feel for the lad That game was there for the taking and we would of come out trying to up the tempo to get first goal. High press in a attacking area he wins the ball and we create a chance. That's what he was trying to do and thinking! You could see he cares if you watched it. I know people are salty it looks like we are going down and our club is a shambles. Do not blame Liam Shaw for this!
