Basically a club run well, structured with an excellent recruitment policy.

This season the ST holders have been given a pass code for all home games on Ifollow.

My mate just renewed his ST for £185 irrespective of what league they end up in.

Yeah thats it, to be fair I've seen many of their fans actually critical of the owners but think that was more to do when Stendal left, but they certainly do have a good philosophy and strategy as a club.

The treatment of fans, the recruitment of signing young talented players with hunger and desire to do well, decent European scouting, a good attacking,  philosophy style of play. They are the complete opposite of us as a club, they are building step by step whilst we slowly demolish.

And all built on a far lower budget than we have, whats their fan base around 12K ish, Brentfords was about 9K,a s was bournemouths when they went up and stayed in the prem.

You dont have to buy big names and pay big wages, you just need to plan and speculate, and put in place a common sense transfer policy

They’ve won 7 on spin ..on 🔥...good to watch...and you just know if fans wer allowed in there would only be about 12 tthousand home fans there...that’s why managers want to manage bigger clubs...there’s nowt strange about dim leavin donny manage us

Barnsley’s average age of a starting player this season is 23.6. Ours is 27.1.

There’s plenty of other reasons you could list why Barnsley are better than us but if you don’t have access to premier league money or parachute payments youth is the way

Not surprised. At least we are out of the relegation in some way. Can’t say the same for Wycombe.

Wycombe’s average age will be inflated by Akinfenwa.

But it’s clear we’ve too many players that are stale, overpaid and too old in our squad

Got told last night, we’re sniffing around a couple of your U23’s who are out of contract in the summer.

Would have thought if we’re after them, they’d be playing in your first team if any good.

I don’t mind Barnsley tbh. Good luck to them hope they do it

Quite comical really how since Chansiri pledged to do “whatever it takes” to get us to the PL, we’ve had to sit here and watch Huddersfield, Leeds and Dem blades and now maybe Barnsley get promoted whilst we get relegated to league 1

lol

Doesn’t work like that here.
