Popular Post KivoOwl
Back in the day, fans could voice their discontent with underperforming managers/players/owners at games, vote with their feet and stay away, hold up signs and spout about two seater Bentley's. In the middle of a national lockdown, how on earth do we get across the anger that many feel about the way our club is being run into the ground by the clown in charge? We can't stay away from matches - we haven't been able to go for a year. We can't boycott the online shop - it's that bad nobody's been on there for a year either. The sense of utter hopelessness is soul destroying. Our club, 154 years old, is dying in front of our very eyes, and there's nothing we can do about it, and no way of letting off steam. 23
WalthamOwl
Excellent post Kivo that I think sums up what the majority of us feel. 1 1

Put a definitive list together of things that have happened under Chansiri's tenure A date, then what happened on that date A long full definitive list Then publish it and share it to high heaven Crowd fund ads in the press No spin, no hype, no bias, just pure facts - date and what happened on that date That would be the ultimate protest in every way possble 15 1 4 Owlstalk Shop

striker
Can we start one of those online petition things and get it debated in parliament
dykwim
Black balloons via Zoom. Seriously, all we can do is wait it out. He won’t be here after a certain amount of time. Then it’s up to us and hopefully a new owner who knows how to run things better to pick up the pieces.

SallyCinnamon
The problem is with Wednesday any talk of protest always gets laughed at by certain sections of the fanbase and never gets taken seriously. When all it is is hurting fans doing what they can to show their displeasure. If you don’t want to join in that’s fine, but don’t mock other fans for wanting to get their voice heard. My suggestion would be a boycott on ifollow. Social media blackout during a matchday. Be difficult to organise but it’s just a suggestion. Will probably get laughed at that but there you go. 5

Pieman
I suggest we all throw a tantrum in our living rooms, waving our arms around, throwing things and preferably ripping our pyjama tops from our torsos. We should video them, post them and vote for whose was the best hab dabs. Then we should turn to social media and rant like ********. 1
striker
In all seriousness Chansiri won't give a fizz. The only notice he'll take is if the stadium is still empty when restrictions are lifted. 1

I'd say there's a legitimate case for a refund. I'm convinced this would rattle Chansiri more than anything else. What reaction it would get, I'm not sure, but if people want to make a noise, this could be the way to do it.

I think those days have gone. If we go into L1 next season's environment at Hillsborough will be very toxic - not just tutting-at-Pelupessy-at-another-stray-pass level. Social media campaign is the best option at the moment and taking this Nationally if possible - once the accounts come out, there should be a ramping up of noise, which Maguire et al would get behind.

Costello 77
I've been wearing my pants back to front since Chansiri sacked Bruce.. the club didn't even acknowledge my protest. WHAT'S THE POINT IF NOBODY NOTICES WHAT I'M DOING TO SAVE OUR CLUB?
