Imagine the scenario at your work, your faced with changing jobs within a calendar month or likely to have capped earnings for the following 6. If Rhodes is on £35k a week, that's roughly £140k a month so with earnings capped at £7k he's owed potentially over £130k per month for every month DC caps wages.
