Personally I think we’re at the start of a battle for power at S6 and I think the new advisor is going to be a big part of it?

If I were Cook I’d be telling him to leave it, as I get the impression it’s doing him no favors. Like an even sheeeeeeetier version of the Piers Morgan and Kevin Pietersen saga! Blatter
Even when you find a way of reading Star articles on line it’s hopeless. Ads jump in obscuring the text. It jumps from normal to small font size and back then drops out completely saying this site can’t be reached. Sorry Biggsy I only managed half of it before I gave up. Oh and it’s definitely not my internet connection

I doubt it will have any effect. Loving the user name btw (assuming its not a nom de plume!)

Its perfectly legitimate and normal to take issue with others’ opinions, journalist or not.
Guest timrud
Its just an opinion article - so it is right and proper that the credentials of the person delivering the opinion are equally debated. Luckily we are in the right place for this as this is a discussion forum.

Biggsy is a man who never expresses any firm opinion about anything, and never has. If he makes a statement then he contradicts himself later for the sake of impartiality. That article is rum, to say the least, and is completely out of character. There's definitely something afoot.

Fantastic . What happened to them lot? I wonder if they made it to the big time and left Neil sat in the corner of the pub alone whilst they all snorted chop off groupies mammary glands.

I believe Erik Alonso was the one of the two Dejphon Chansiri aides who opened that channel. Was the “right” man picked by the “wrong” advisor? Frankly, I’ve never been confident Cook would get the job, hope to be proved wrong. Here we come to the “managers have to manage,” argument, which Cook raised in so many words in saying there had been no follow up contact last weekend. Article - https://t.co/Y62fs6XXbx?amp=1 Who is that poseur sitting next to our clueless Chairman ? I’m afraid that I’m not up to speed with all the suits that are riding the Hillsborough gravy train. Like I say I've no issues with someone saying "I think Biggs is wrong on that article and here's why" What isn't acceptable is for any article, news story or quote from a pundit to be posted only for the entire thread to be about the pundit/journo instead Otherwise there's no point linking to the article at all - might as well just title the thread 'Alan Biggs' or 'Dom Howson' and everyone just jump in and slag them off Owlstalk Shop
