As a manager he's won 102, drawn 41 lost 25. Not bad to have a 61% win percentage. However, he seems like he's intense as ****. Would that work here? It didn't really work for Watford although it definitely wasn't a disaster. He doesn't have a history of playing attacking football and seems fairly defensive and workmanlike.
