He's held his own in the Championship, and had an impressive record in League One a few seasons ago. Spoke to Paul Smith physio when he was going to London to meet Antony gardener to see the specialist about his injury ( which unfortunately finished his career) we was linked with billy sharpe on loan from reading at the time . I asked him if it was true and he said he’d been up for talks and only stick point was how much of his wages we would cover? He said modern footballers nothing like the older ones and would go where the money is said he’d go to Utd if they offered him more but would wear his Wednesday top underneath their tracksuit!!! Would have preferred a goal scorer but maybe that will come from other positions. Also wish he wasn’t a massive blade! That said, we are a little snookered having our full quota of loans and not many free transfer strikers available. Have to trust in Moore's plan though.
