Did anything come of the link in paper to that guy from Solihull Hudlin ?

Sounds like Cardiff are in for him.

Cardiff were linked with him so might be  difficult to do business.

Even non-league players might be beyond us ATM as we are in an embargo and don't pay wages.

he'll be on decent money so I can't see it.

Possibly,  I think Ameobi if he’s settled in a side and with a good run of games could contribute a fair amount in League One

He’s one I’d be happy to see at S6

I've come to the conclusion that it's pointless looking at who we're linked with until the sodding accounts are submitted and the wages owed to players are paid. Nobody who is any good will come here. DM must be frustrated with the situation as much as the fans. Absolute shambles.

Ryan Woods on a free is a cracking bit of business for Brum.

Agreed, really busy lad in the middle. Perfect kind of player to compliment Bannan.

Why, is Bannan off to Brum as well?

He is a playmaker and someone who could show Bannan how it is done rather than playing next to him.

Really? I always thought of him as a burgundy bin (recycles play) don’t think he scored or assisted any last season.

Complimented Sawyers at Brentford very well.

He is a playmaker who plays in front of back 4 and gets ball under pressure and make his club tick.

That is what Bannan tends to do, but fails miserably more often than not. If we are to employ player like Woods, than Bannan would have to play much higher up the pitch and change how he play. And I would be all for that.

Still, i would always describe Woods as a playmaker.
