Shifty Powers
A stroke of genius by Dave Jones putting him in midfield. He grew with every manager and was top player for us. A sad day when we couldn’t give him a send off like he deserves. The best player we’ve had in the last 10 years IMO. Quality footballer.
Guest OWO
Coming from my hometown of Stalybridge, I have always been proud of him. I think he could have done a job for us this season, however I hope he does well at Bolton, I may even get a chance to go and see him play again. CircleSeven
Lovely player at his best and decent even when not at his best. Hopefully his time off the game has helped his injury properly heal. Would rather he cane back than Hutch to be honest.

He is the best player we’ve had since we dropped out of the Prem. Absolutely. Still young enough. Still good enough. Another Monk masterstroke. IstillhateSteveBould
Great signing for Bolton if he stays fit. I reckon at his peak a few years back, he was premier league class. True football brain, ridiculous engine and could play a bit. Had an eye for goal. Easily in my top 5 Wednesday players of the last 20 years.
adelphi1867
Didn't cost us a fortune too. Just goes to show that there are good players out there in the lower divisions if you can be arsed to look and give a chance.

Southsea Owl
There’s been games this season that he would have turned losses into points. Thank you Kieran.

Guest
Key part of the best football we have played in over 20 years and a good lad to boot. All the best Kieran.

Never recall a season before where we scored so many goals late on just a shame Carlos went ultra defensive instead of playing to our strengths. That was our year.
Orlando_Trustful
Loved him. Easily our best signing and arguably our best player since we left the Prem twenty years ago. In 15/16 he was the best midfielder in the league on his day.

Weshallovercome
aaaah.........MISS YOU KIERAN How I wish we still had him, letting him go was short sighted and just plain dumb in our situation.
Bouncing Owl
Along with Gary Hooper, our best player since the Premier League. When Kieran Lee was fully fit and in his pomp, he truly was a joy to watch. He made football look very easy. Such an all round intelligent player.

Kraschenbern
I wish him all the best. I'm a big fan of his. Easily the best player we've had in the last twenty years or so in my humble opinion. Contributed at both ends of the pitch. Rarely gave the ball away. Always made space for himself. A really intelligent player. Something we miss massively. I hope he gets to play for a few more years. He could become a legend at Bolton if he stays fit. I'd consider him an Owls legend too. I probably wouldn't say that about any other player this millennium. Edited January 2, 2021 by Kraschenbern
theowlsman
Quality player but needs other quality players, on his wavelength, around him to make the best of his talents.
