So this mornings rant filled with blame, potential slander and more blame has resulted in an article appearing on the BBC titled 'Owner Dejphon Chansiri condemns abuse from fans towards son'.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55498707

That is the kind of PR that really will lose us sponsorship deals DC so when you do a media presser why not do some stewardship instead of going on an emotion fueled rampage of blame?

It is clear for all here that you are incompetent and it seems recent appearances in the nationals means others are starting to notice it.

No surprise that the good old beeb picks up on the "abuse" part of the presser and nothing else.

Shame there were no instances of "racism" !

How about ‘Chansiri hits back at sacked manager Tony Pulis’?

Tbf, whatever headline they chose to go with would have been negative and does us little favours

If not the headline, once you read the content

We could stop being apologists for it though couldn’t we? By brushing off, saying “it’s gonna happen no matter what “, by not confronting those who use distasteful, aggressive language - here and on Twitter etc. we validate it. What isn’t condemned is encouraged so for all those using words such as “hate, despise, cretin, fool,” and all the rest of the crap on here today why don’t you look at the ways you choose to express yourselves and the standards you’re setting for others.

We are talking about a tiny minority of fans going too far and all are made to suffer.

Of course it isn't right to threaten his son but we can tell the owner we think he is incompetent

It might not be long before we are accused of that in fairness

WHy do people not understand that you can't completely remove the idiots. If you are in the public eye you are going to always get lunatics. That is social media's fault, not our collective as fans

Would you be so understanding and level headed if your son was the subject of abuse ?

Really? Read some of the posts on this forum today. Talk about disproportionate response.

But to throw another light on it, how would you feel if your kids were abused for something you had done/said?

Awful but I would I'm afraid have to accept that it is the nature of the beast.

What to have your face, name and cash associated with something people care greatly about and since time has began you are going to face idiots having a pop.

My son wouldn't be anywhere near the public eye or open to abuse. IT is not Sheffield Wednesday fans' fault that Social Media is a thing and anyone can troll anyone.

He says he will inform the police - just do it man.

Does he think constantly banging on about personal/family abuse on SM is doing any good, other than distraction tactics for him. Does he understand nothing about SM/nutters in the world and lack of moderation from the various platform companies - does watching the President of the United States' antics over the last 4 years not resonate with him on this subject?

I feel like the criticism of Pulis in such a public forum has probably afforded him the right to reply in his own defense. Watch this space.

I'm certain he will.

Either which way, this is a PR disaster caused by him - not our fans.
