DC’s source of funds is not the UK so he has to play by a lot of rules.

Still doesn’t excuse the lack of forward planning by the owner to ensure sufficient cash was in the club to pay the wages

Yep exactly. Banks have to a LOT of due diligence these days. 
 

As you say though, still not an excuse.

If so....thats bad bad news.


Only clubs in real dire straits will take that loan. The caveats from the EFL are insanely restrictive. If we take it then it’s not good news atall.
