Gus Poyet and Jose Morais

But which one is good in the transfer market? That is if there is more than nowt. That surely has to be numero uno consideration should anything be jangling in the pocket. But we need a long term plan. No good patching up a squad just to stave off the drop. A little eye has to be on the long term. Then investments need future investments. If not, we need somebody with a plan. OK back to proficiency in the transfer market. Who in the list of contenders have examples of shrewd business? Though Pulis would have been chasing targets. I'm guessing the new man and team need to get working on things and quick. Transfer wise this appointment needs to happen fast. Or will there be no funds for transfers? A lengthy appointment will suggest so and it may be a smokescreen. But we all know this squad isn't up to the rest of the season.

I would question the sanity of any manager who would even think about accepting the job

Understand point or you could be like TP just in it for money.

Could not even recruit coaching team. One of commentator said he had told him he had retired only thing which would bring him back is somewhere sunny. Just wanted a pay off. Team were never prepared for a game, just spouted a lot of hot air.

Any manager out of work for two years will jump at chance as basically last chance of a job.
