So is Steve Bruce....though wants football to stop (rightly so imho)

And Bruce?!  It truly is good to know that all the familiar faces are back.  Otherwise, it's like a sequel where one of the original cast hasn't returned; it's just not the same.

On a more serious note, an iFollow/NowTV pass to watch Wednesday has been my absolute favourite escape during Covid.  However, we're under a strict lockdown right now where I live having reached our highest number of cases so far, and I don't want to see more lives put at risk over a game of football.  In other words, as much as I would miss having matches to look forward to every week, I agree with you wholeheartedly.

I hope you’re joking? Another Monk style appointment IMO.

Seriously?

You practically creamed your pants over baseball cap man.

Look forward to negative post after negative post if Cook is appointed.

Would have preferred Klopp myself but apparently he's busy in another job.

I’d rather inject dog faeces into my eyeball than watch a Coleman-managed team!

I'm watching one now.  Accrington playing some good stuff at Charlton.  1-0 up.

Not tried the dog faeces yet..... maybe later when I take the dog out.

What's it got to do with Cook though?

Nothing....Cook’s best out there I think. Just cos Coleman’s shot up in the manager odds!

In what way is appointing Cook anything like appointing Monk or Pulis? Firstly Monk had no promotions or play off's on his CV and Cook's style of football is more attacking than Monk's and Pulis'. I don't see any parallels with Cook and either previous appointment to be honest.

Do you honestly think Cook will handle the likely change to having players signed for him?

If he’s appointed, I obviously want him to succeed. Why the f**k would I not? I’m just not creaming my pants like I did when Pulis was appointed 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

McEwans Export mate. It’s F***ing gorgeous 🤪

Though this will be looked at as another Negative post about Cook’s possible appointment?🤪😋😔😔😔😔😔😚😚😚😚😕😕😫🙁😕😖🙁😟🤪🙄😀😟🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Really think this could be a positive outcome for us this time, with our precarious position in mid season it would have been a big risk appointing a manager from abroad and then we had some nightmare names on the list of possibilities from over here. And the unpredictable nature of our chairman it was scary thinking of who we ended up with but in Cook in the present climate I think things will get better.

I hope Bizzle is correct.

Our advisors were having one last push to get one of their own with both Poyet and Coleman shortening in price. Clearly foreign much they dredged up can not get work permit or any circumstances too difficult.

Think these two both resident  in country both appalling and unlikely to get a decent job anywhere.

Cook is now 1-3 on two main markets still 4-7 in a place but evidence he is in frame.
