It’s fun to think players and coaches are on here seeing what the fans think. 
As to whether it’s good for them or not depends on individual’s psychology. Some people thrive on praise, some people respond well to being told they need to do better. 
Either way as long as the players (and indeed every one) on here realise that much of the posting is driven by emotion and take it too much to heart then it shouldn’t do any harm.
