So the new manager has already decided the squad isn’t up to it. 
The new manager has admitted he cannot do anything with them. Basically he’s useless.

He might have cottoned on about the state of the finances - whether this story is true or not we are up the creek without a paddle, life vest or water wings.

To preserve his wonderful record in management, he will hopefully clear off sharpish.

Although player wages are high you tend to live in line with what you earn. So most will have far larger bills and houses than the average person. Nothing wrong with living at your salary level.

Shoot, I can only assume the club statement on Odubajo was ready to publish just before this news broke. Might as well hold it back & release a single statement to cover both issues tomorrow. I’m sure the club won’t want any misunderstanding or rumours to unsettle the team & fans. If no news tomorrow, then early on Friday. Actually Friday is too close to match day, sod it. If we win Saturday, all this will have blown over so maybe we won’t hear anything official. Fair enough

If it’s true... and I’ve no reason to believe it is or it isn’t ,  but IF it’s true , Shouldn’t we be under immediate investigation by the EFL etc and charged ?  Macclesfield got busted for not paying players didn’t they ?  And surely PFA would have something to say ?

 

Regardless of what they earn and however little people may think they’ve done to deserve that wage,   Not paying players as per there contracts is absolutely unacceptable and if this story is true the club should be dealt with appropriately

We’ve heard it on three separate occasions now. Sad Hutchinson confirmed it in an interview. Pulis and Iorfa didn’t deny it the other week.

Yep. We are in the middle of a total disaster.

No one will, sign for us. No one will sign new contracts. No one will come here on loan. 
Doesn’t even matter if it’s not a ‘real’ problem and is just a short term cash flow issue. 
Once players think they won’t get their money they won’t play. 
Crap but motivated players are bad enough. Crap, demotivated players coached by someone from the stone age.
