Just had a quick nosey at social media

Safe to say that people are a bit more supportive on here of the players and can see the bigger picture re: the club

Social media is simply 'I wouldn't pay em either they're W*NK' over and over and over

Wednesday fans on Twitter are a different breed. Thick as owt. Hate to say it.

So a story resurfaces and players are ‘still fuming’ about not being paid

yet the players are still here, haven’t handed transfer requests and continue to play football (albeit badly).

Just sounds as though someone is stirring the pot.

ask yourself the question - is there anything to gain from releasing this story?

I get the feeling I am never going to see my £125 owed from last season.

I dont have that much sympathy for the players, I am sure they will get paid in full in the end, they always do.

But if this sort of thing is going on then the results are only going to go one way and dont blame any player not wanting to come or wanting out.

Yes the players are trying to embarrass the club into making sure wages are paid properly and on time.

How do you know this?

Or are you just stirring the pot?

How do you figure that then mate?

I don’t know anything

just seems a really strange story to drop; to mangle a club that’s already pretty mangled by all accounts

If the players haven’t been paid they’ve no need to hand a transfer request in. The club would be in breach of contract and they could walk out. And when January in sight, that may be attractive for those players looking to secure a new deal at a club on effectively a free transfer.
