It's a testament to how toxic the relationship is now between fan club, that we are fully prepared to believe that one of our players has deliberately and consciously high fived the goal scorer of the opposite team.

Moses has given his explanation,  and I believe it..far more rational than believing he high fived Grabban for scoring.

The video posted earlier shows a foul, which no other player appeals for. Grabban applies the finish, then holds his hands up in an almost conciliatory way, and Moses taps them on his way past. Grabbans team mates then celebrate the goal with him.

And in the almost 'friendly' feel of the game without supporters, and Moses' perhaps less than aggressive nature, and the case is closed.

Can't help feeling if it was a fan favourite like Bannan who had done this,  the benefit if the doubt would be given readily.

Agree with this, has it dawned on anyone that Odubajo was just being ironical?  It really isn't rational to think  that one of our players would genuinely be glad the opposition had scored, what does he have to gain by it? OK, it doesn't help the situation but it's one of a set of possible reactions to the fact that Wednesday are in serious trouble.

The treatment of Moses at this club is an absolute disgrace.

This is a low cost, free footballer from the reserve team of Brentford.  A player with that profile isn't going to be a world beater, but the guy runs all day and is one of the very few footballers we have who tries to do something positive in terms of going forward.

First - Monk allegedly say he has no future, drops him, then recalls him

Then Pulis basically calls him  a liar when Moses has explained very clearly, and in my mind truthfully, the situation.

Then the chairman doesnt pay him on time

The fans hammer him on social media

He must hate this club.

Most of us are not too fond of him either.

He's proven, especially last season, that he is a liability in defence. Look at the amount of penalties he gave away, 4 or 5 in about 22 games I recall. Shambolic defending at times. Players who are doing that are going to get dropped and will be in and out of the side. As a lot of footballers are.

You must be one of the only fans siding with him over laughing when we concede.

Finally, they all haven't been paid correctly and that is inexcusable. But the other players haven't gone and laughed and high fived the opposition. A very symbolic and offensive gesture.

If he hates this club then he can do it from his own home on a matchday because I certainly won't miss him.

He is a cheap player signed for no money from Brentford reserves.

He will make mistakes.  If he made less mistakes, he might not be as cheap and might not have been playing for Brentford reserves.

No point expecting the guy to be Cafu.

He didnt laugh when we conceded, he laughed at what was a very good finish not counting given that the Notts player should have been red carded for nearly snapping Tom Lees.

Before his injury he would probably have gone on to play regularly in the Premier League for Hull.

The injury seems to have halted his progress. Brentford reserve isn’t quite accurate really. He signed for them to get his fitness back up after a lengthy spell out and actually played quite a bit for them on his return.

He’s been free from injury for some time now and hasn’t be able to discover the form which made Bruce pay almost 4m for him and had him on course to play for Bruce’s Hull side in the Premier League.

Just providing a bit of context.

Why would you be laughing about the goal being disallowed given there was no whistle or flagging at all? Hardly a time for bantering.

Maybe & I really don't know but maybe....it was the straw that broke the camel's back for him, sometimes & I have experienced it myself in life, things, thoughts, in your mind about certain situations get to the point where it's just laughable...doesn't register how serious or how out of place that reaction might be you simply just laugh & act it out. Might be it's just an inappropriate release valve.....I've been there, nothing to do with football but I've been there, afterwards I just had to say sorry, sorry I made a ******** of myself but there you go....some will not understand the reaction & some will.....in any case everyone has to move on.

morally speaking the football we been seeing lately is wrong. I dont believe a word of the rumours anyway. The rumours from last season stem from players who were out of contract and was not contracted to be paid. Its not like these players are on the bread line.  With food banks running dry and people out of work and new businesses totally bankrupted due to covid. Multi millionaire footballers moaning about not getting the full 20 g a week is a kick in the teeth to people who pay to watch them with money they havent got.
