Hardly surprising there are cash flow issues.
 

Players are still being paid though, right. And 100% of it as well. 
 

My wife has been on 80% for 8 months now.

People will say it doesn’t matter, they’re still being paid.

But there are so many odd things like this that pop up over the last few years. Strange.

Does it matter?  They are still getting paid large amounts of money in one go then get another lump sum.  I'd swap with them,  if they want.

If I was DC i would pay them weekly but only if they win, otherwise its held until they do win but with a 50% reduction on what it should have been.
