The genius of Maradona is rarely/never seen in this country

 

That's despite some unbelievable young talent being seen over the years

They just never seem to achieve the same heights as Maradona despite having the talent and potential


If only Owen Morrison hadn't started hanging round with Steve Harkness down Eccy Road

It was so sad to see his slow demise through drink and drugs

It really took it's toll on his physical appearance too - you could see he wasn't well.

 

He went from the best footballer in the world to more recently looking like one of Peter Sutcliffe's prison photo's 


All due to the mad people that hung around him plying him with narcotics and scalping him for all his £££
