By giving a red card you’re ruining it for everyone watching at home and killing the game. A bit of emotional intelligence needed by the ref there. Head to Head, Elbowing, Kicking Stamping Striking Biting, Spitting Denies the opposing team a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball Denies an obvious goal-scoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the player's goal by an offence punishable by a free kick or a penalty kick Use of offensive, insulting or abusive language Receives a second yellow card in the same match Having your foot high is not a red card, making accidental contact (even with someone’s face) is not a red card.
